– Connect FRONT of Left Hip Down to Left Heel and Up to Front of Left Arm and Pec
– PULL Left Hip and PUSH Right Hip (and Connected Pieces)
– STRIKE Left HEEL Into Right HEEL
– Engage Muscles 45° Degrees Before Stop to Combat Excess Momentum
– For Armed Drill, Reduce Forcefulness of Turn to Stabilize Rifle
