Utilizing the Drillpedia platform was a gamechanger for our team. We had success in regulation but lacked the skill and direction to take our exhibition to the next level. Assigning cadets that wanted to gain the knowledge and had self-discipline to utilize the program on their own time has brought the team to the National stage for the first time in over 22 years. The ability to change out cadets as required in order keep the cadets focused was incredibly helpful. Matt and his team provide excellent customer service by communicating with me when I have questions. In addition, they would view and critique individual cadets as they progressed in the program. They have also reviewed the team’s routine and gave recommendations on what we could do to improve it. I have been using them since 2020 and since then the team has three Far East Championships (Korea, Japan, Okinawa, and Guam) and one Marine Corps National Championship 2023. I would highly recommend this to teams that have hit the plateau and need the extra push to get them over the edge.
