Are you looking for graders for your next meet? Drill-Team Dynamics Inc. is the ONLY organization providing vetted adults in a judging capacity to ANY drill meet host!
Here’s how the process works:
1) Contact us using the form below, tell us about your meet, and describe your needs.
2) While the fee for services may vary (or may be waived in exceptional cases), it is encouraged and customary for to provide a donation which covers, at a minimum, any expenses (i.e. travel, lodging, etc.) judges might incur.
3) DTD will reach out and verify that judges are available, and, if so, connect with you to coordinate!
4) You and the judge coordinate to conduct the function. ALL DTD JUDGES NETWORK MEMBERS UNDERSTAND THAT A COMPLETE BRIEFING OF YOUR ENTIRE JUDGING CORPS IS BEYOND THE STANDARD SCOPE OF WORK (CLICK HERE if you want to investigate more robust options) but they can, and should, work with the judging team to which they are assigned to help do the best job possible!
5) If you feel your judge has done a great job, tips are never expected but HIGHLY encouraged. Our members are offering this service out of their own personal time and they will hugely appreciate it! You may tip your judge directly OR you may arrange to tip them through DTD!
