Overview

One of the most overlooked physical elements in all of rifle handling is the grip-strength required to successfully manipulate the rifle!

Without it, we can tend to “short cut” our way to maneuvering the rifle which can lead to habits that are hard to break later on.

If you have time to stand with a rifle in your hand (i.e. everyone doing armed drill), you can use those little moments to make big gains!
